Overview
We installed a new EV bus charging pantograph at the centre of the bus station, providing opportunity charging while buses are stationary at the stand. The infrastructure supports Harrogate's extensive bus network, including some of the longest routes in the UK.
The Challenge
Much of the work was carried out within, or in close proximity to, public areas, requiring careful planning to maintain safety and minimise disruption throughout the project.
Our Solution
We scheduled works during night-time periods wherever possible to minimise disruption and maintain safe operations around the site.
The Approach
We worked closely with the owner and operator throughout the project to ensure a coordinated and seamless delivery. Regular collaboration and communication allowed the works to progress safely while meeting operational requirements.
